With a leaden sky clamping down on the valley, Nic Taylor captured a wonderful panorama which uses the mountains on each side to cradle the composition. From the lichen-dappled boulder in the foreground to the road and eventually the river, the viewers’ eyes have a clear path to follow in this wonderful composition. Nic used restrained processing to retain the cool charm of the scene and the obvious connection between earth and sky.
