Tennis Ball Re-pressurizing Technology for All

Tennis Ball Re-pressurizing Technology Available for All
ReBounces, world leaders in tennis ball re-pressurization technology, is expanding their line of re-pressurizing devices (Green Tennis Machines) to include two s maller capacity devices now on Kickstarter.
Little Rock, Ark.

ReBounces has announced the launch of their smallest tennis ballre-pressurizing devices – the Mini Green Tennis Machines. These devices re-pressurize dead tennis balls that have lost their bounce, or keep good balls lively for an extended period of time. Mini units are available for pre-order on Kickstarter now through the start of the Australian Open in mid-January.

Designed with the individual enthusiast or coach in mind, the new tennis ball re-pressurization systems will come in two sizes: a 30-ball and 60-ball capacity. Tennis enthusiasts and independent pros finally have affordable access to the technology that professionals utilize to extend ball life and keep teaching carts and ball machines fresh. The Minis work just like the commercial systems, but they are smaller, lighter, and only a fraction of the cost.

Since 2011, commercial Green Tennis Machines have been recharging balls at over 300 tennis clubs in the US and Canada. Each week thousands of tennis lessons, drills and ball machine sessions are performed with tennis balls that have been given a second or third life from the reBounces technology.

Chuck Gill, Director of Sports at Ibis Country Club in Florida and USPTA First Vice President, says, I am excited that tennis programs of all sizes can now utilize the same amazing re-pressurization technology that we have used at Ibis Country Club for the past three years. The Green Tennis Machine is like the fountain of youth for tennis balls – we get additional lives out of our tennis balls without sacrificing quality in terms of bounce.

The Mini Green Machines offer a quick payback (less than a month in most circumstances) and tennis ball longevity for tennis instructors both in the US and around the world. reBounces founder Bill Dirst says, We’ve been waiting for this day a long time. Getting our machines scaled down in size and price has always been the ultimate goal so that tennis players around the world can reap the benefits of our technology and help make tennis a greener, eco-friendly game. And in line with its green mission, reBounces also offers the only free tennis ball recycling service in the US and pays the shipping cost to dispose of unwanted tennis balls. After tennis balls have lost their usefulness, reBounces, along with its recycling partners Ace Surfaces and Laykold, grind the balls and use them in the construction of world-class cushion tennis courts.

Rebounces is asking the worldwide tennis community to join this campaign to green the game of tennis. Go to (http://bit.ly/miniGTM) and show your support for this worthwhile project.
